Delivery
At ComputerComputerComputer.com limited we want to receive your new tech as soon as possible.
We offer a flat rate delivery fee of £9.99 on all orders.
Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 business days
In busy time periods orders may take longer of up to 7 business days.
If your order is going to be delayed, we will email to let you know a revised delivery time.
Orders are not accepted until you receive a dispatch note. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the value back to the payment method paid if we are unable to fulfil your order.
Refunds will take between 3-5 working days to process.
Please note that our delivery time’s scales are for a guide only and actual delivery times may vary and are dependent upon the postal system.
If you need your tech quicker than our usual delivery options. Please email us at hello@computercomputercomputer.com and we will do our best to expedite and dispatch your order as a priority.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order at any time from the moment you place your online order and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
You will need to contact us if you wish to cancel your order during this time period by emailing hello@computercomputercomputer.com
If your order has been dispatched, you will need to return the item to us before you receive your refund.
If your item arrives damaged please notify us within 72 hours of receipt of your order, we may request that you send photographs of the item.
Refunds will take between 3-5 working days to show in your account.
